Cesis Skellus was a part of the Group of Four. He stands 5’-7” and was 180lbs. He originally was from Shadowdale where he worked as a blacksmith’s apprentice. His true calling was a wizard. Early on he was blessed with a Ring of Shapechange which he used to great effect and great responsibility His travels led him to Dragon Mountain, Undermountain, Athas, and the Outer Planes. For a short time he was driven mad where he refocused his source of magic from the Elemental Vortices.

Race as Human.  2 for 1 trading. Free nonweapon in blacksmithing.

Knows Wizard spells. Specialized in Alteration. Enchant/Charm opposite.

Level 1: Free Group of Four clan patch (+1/+1 AC/saves, +2 nonweapons).

Level 1: Free Militant Wizard Kit.

Level 3¶: Free Artifact Ring of Shapechange except that you must have personally defeated a monster in order to shapechange into it. Note: Make a list for flexability.

Level 7: Free flying Homonculous servent with sleep bite.

Level 25: Change your spell-casting powersource to the Elemental Vortices in Athas.

Chromantic Orb (SL=1): Thrown sphere causing dmg+effect by color.

Agannazar’s Scorcher (SL=2): Target takes 6d6 dmg fire (save:½).

Protection from Normal Missiles (SL=3): Immune missile weapons.

Fire Trap (SL=4): Opened object deals 1d4 +1/level damage.

Invulnerability to Normal Weapons (SL=5): Immune nonmagical weapons.

Invulnerability to Magical Weapons (SL=6): Immune magical weapons.

Spelltrap (SL=7): Absorb spells targeting you (max 2*CL), can cast back.

Permanency (SL=8): Make a spell effect permanent.
