[QToon] The Toon Force (Psi Freq. Toon)
Cartoon physics: reality bending for comedic effect.
Overview
“This is a form of manipulating reality or bypassing physical laws of nature to achieve impossible feats for comedic effects. The users bend reality in such a way to make situations "Comedic" and "Funny”. It has also been known as cartoon physics. Some example users of the toon force include Pinkie Pie (My Little Pony), Nui Harime (Kill la Kill), Ed (Ed, Edd and Eddy), Mickey Mouse (Disney), Popeye (Popeye), and The Mask (The Mask).”
Basic Toon Force Information
- There is only one list of powers, but these powers exist in each category (minor, major, grand, etc.). The powers have "SL" (Spell Level) built into their descriptions, so higher level powers are more effective. For purposes of SL, minor=2, major=5, grand=8, super=11, ultra=14.
- This list of powers is not exhaustive. To research new powers, one only needs to spend a research point and make a Intelligence check vs a DC of 10*SL limited to once a reset.
- All powers require 1M to use unless noted.
- All powers cost its SL in PSPs to use. If it's a maintained effect, the cost permanently lowers the max PSP pool until the effect is lowered.
- 1 PsiToon PSP = 10 Psi1 PSPs.
