Level 1: Thrallherd: Psionic Leadership with Cohort and Followers replaced with Thralls and Believers, respectively. LS = HNCL + LVL + Chr bonus. Thrall level = LVL-1. This class cannot take the leadership feat. Number of believers = 7*(Their level)^(1/4).

Level 3: You know Psionic Charm as a power with its cost reduced by LVL.

Level 5: You know Psionic Dominate as a power with its cost reduced by LVL.

Level 7: Your Psionic Dominate doesn’t cost 2 extra points to affect large sized foes.

Level 9: Your Psionic Dominate doesn’t cost 4 extra points to affect huge or gargantuan sized foes.

Level 10: Twofold Master: +1 Thrall whose level = LVL-2.
