Size Chart
Standard size categories plus Virtual Size Categories (strength-density scaling).
Overview
Here is a standard table of sizes from 6 inches up to the size of 110 times our observable universe. My general rule is when going up a size, for each size, Str increases by 10, Dex decreases by 2, and Con increases by 4. When going down a size, for each size, Str decreases by 10, Dex increases by 2, and Con decreases by 4. Dex cannot be decreased this way lower than 10. Natural weapons increase damage, for each size, by +1d+2 (1 extra dice and plus 2 on die size).
Virtual Size Categories
Each permanent increase of 15 strength mimics the next largest size category. This is in effect an increase in density. Therefore, for every 15 points of strength beyond the average score for that size, the creature gains a Virtual Size Category. The average Str for each size category is 1 for Fine and Diminutive, 2 for Tiny, 6 for Small, 10 for Medium and +10 for each size beyond that.
